RFC: Obsoleting or32

Hi,

ATM, there is no or32-rtems-gcc toolchain. I don't know if the OR32
project is still alive. At least I did not notice any trace of them in
recent _years_, neither on this list nor in binutils or GCC.

=> or32-rtems has not been buildable for years, I have never been able
to build it.

Therefore, unless somebody objects by Sat, Apr. 23, 06:00 CEST (04:00
GMT - ca. one week from now), I will go ahead and remove the or32 from
RTEMS source-tree.
