New BSP AV5282 Available

Hi,

I just wanted to let everyone know that I just merged a
BSP for the Avnet AV5282.  I don't have a URL for the
eval board.

The BSP was submitted by Mike Bertosh <mbertosh AT motioncontrol DOT 
org> and includes a network driver.
