Recommended tool versions for Cygwin host?

Hmmm, I take that I have asked for the impossible...
Ok, then how if I relax the host-requirement to Linux?
That is: Linux/RTEMS cross-compiler with remote debugging (ethernet),
supporting C and Ada95 for an i386 target (and host).
Any combination of tool-versions that can be recommended?
