GMS/GPS with RTEMS (former Re: GPRS with RTEMS)?

Not sure how much (significantly) different compared to Intel Xscale uBSC.
And its price is not in the list of that pdf file. I also found that this
2 boards does not have built-in LCD. Does it support wireless PCMCIA card
that can be used to interface with GPS/GSM signals? or any other way
built-in device I can use to interface with GPS/GSM?
