OK, I realize what's going on.

ramdisk.c depends on libc providing EBADRQC. Apparently BSD doesn't do
so, while most other *nix's do so, and rtems-4.6.x/cpukit/configure
fails to handle this situation.

Try rtems-cvs/HEAD (4.7). There, libblock is disabled for all *nix/posix
targets, which should allow you to compile it.
