rtems_task_wake_after problem

Hello
I have little problem with rtems_task_wake_after(...) function.
I wrote some driver for my device (nvram) but I need some delay function. I
wanted use rtems_task_wake_after but this function hang my system for ever.
It is something that I should know about this function? I used it in my
programs and everything was OK, but in driver it faild.
