vsnprintf

I'm trying to get the OpenH323 library to compile and it's looking for 
vsnprintf.  I found it in stdio.h but it is bracketed by #ifndef 
__STRICT_ANSI__.  Can I turn this off and if so, how?

If that is not recommended, what do you suggest I replace it with in the 
OpenH323 code?

Thanks for your help.  After trying to get help on some other lists I am
