Madhu,
MicroMonitor is just a open source boot monitor,
generic in nature, integrated with a versatile
on-board-flash FFS and ported to most of the common
upper-end (i.e. 32-bit) CPUs.
I have a PPC750 port; however it's based on proprietary
hardware/BSP, so I can't just give it out. Nevertheless,
for that CPU, the "CPU" isn't the real issue, it's the
peripheral glue that needs the code.
