I actually did, it was only cut&paste for the email, but I tried again with UC, and it still doesn't work :(

$ cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs at www.rtems.com:/usr1/CVS login
Logging in to :pserver:anoncvs at www.rtems.com:2401/usr1/CVS
CVS password:
cvs [login aborted]: connect to www.rtems.com(216.107.91.229):2401 failed: Connection timed out
