Do RTEMS has a GDB Server?

The first issue is that it includes modifications to gdb which were 
against 5.x and not directly applicable to gdb 6.x.  It would have to be

It has m68k support as well.

Probably none. :)  You might want to consider Till's cexp which provides 
a more complete solution including dynamic download capabilities similar 
to the VxWorks monitor.

Till or some other cexp user will have to share how they debug using it.
