How to use RTEMS building tools

Hi sam,

maybe it would help if you could specify more detailed, what you want to
have in your "RTEMS iso": Do you want to have a CD containing the
sources and the tools? Do you want to have a CD you can boot and RTEMS
system of? Do you want ...?
