The tools used for the RTEMS-4.6.0-MVME5500 posted on
http://www.nsls.bnl.gov/organization/UserScience/Detectors/Software
are :

binutils-2.13.2.1
gcc-3.2.3
newlib-1.11.0
automake-1.9.5
autoconf-2.59

and all the patches from the RTEMS site.
