Yes, I did all my work with "powerpc-rtems-gcc (GCC) 4.0.0 20050130  
(experimental)", but the rtems CVS is from around June.

No, I'm using gnu m4, gnu tar, gnu sed, flex, etc. ahead of the  
solaris tools.
