Debug Version of Rtems 4.6.99.3

I don't know what 'proper' method is but I found that
I can build rtems with '-g' by adding

'RTEMS_CFLAGS=-g' to the commandline when configuring

configure 'RTEMS_CFLAGS=-g' <more options>

This doesn't switch off optimization, though.
