Please re-read, what Chris wrote: You should try the Fedora package
called "gcc32" to build the gcc-3.2.3 RTEMS-4.6.x depends upon.

I don't understand what you are asking.

Your problem here is: gcc-3.2.3 is too outdated to be compilable by
gcc-4.x.
