Which Motorola processor -- powerpc, m68k, coldfire, ...?

Which board?

In general, you need something like this:

.../rtems/configure --target=CPU-rtems --enable-rtemsbsp=BOARD \
   --prefix=INSTALL_POINT [more enable/disable options]

CPU is probably m68k or powerpc in your case.  BOARD is up to you
and may be a new one.
