Headup: Major ampolish3 update on RTEMS CVS HEAD

Hi,

A headup to RTEMS CVS HEAD users:

I have applied a major update to tools/build/ampolish3 (The script in
RTEMS CVS, which is being used to automatically generate preinstall.am
Makefile.am fragments).

Make sure to have this version in $PATH before running bootstrap, rsp.
autoreconf or building RTEMS with --enable-maintainer-mode enabled !!

Older versions of ampolish3 will not work!

This update is supposed to enable us to also apply ampolish3 to BSP
Makefile.ams, i.e. to automatically generate preinstall.am automake-file
fragments to BSP-Makefile.ams, similarily as it already is being applied
to cpukit.

I have started to convert the BSPs to apply it. ATM, all sparc BSPs
already apply it, all other BSPs will gradually follow subsequently in
near future.

NOTE: ampolish3 is rather fragile and far from being bulletproof. Please
report any issues you might encounter.
