Doxygen in RTEMS SuperCore

Hi,

I just committed a large patch which significantly
improves the Doxygen output generated from the
RTEMS SuperCore (cpukit/score.  It is very likely
still not perfect but is much improved.  There are
currently no warnings.  I have done some preliminary
checks that all methods have appropriate @brief,
@param, and @return comments. 

Please review and submit patches that improve the
output.
