RTEMS is an OS targeting embedded systems. It is not designed for any
particular application, be it a mobile phone nor whatever.

For RTEMS, a mobile phone is just an example of arbitrary hardware
platform. As with any other arbitrary target hardware, you will have to
adapt RTEMS for it, independent of the application you want to use the
hardware, as well as you will have to write your application.
