Download helper can't find some tool binaries

I just tried using the download helper to get RTEMS version 4.6.6, 
but found that it couldn't locate the tool binaries for any version 
more recent than V4.6 pre 5 (at least with my other settings).

My URL was 
<http://rtems.org/cgi-bin/dl-helper?version=4.6.6&target=m68k&host=cygwin&want_cxx=on>, 
which corresponds with the configuration:

RTEMS Version 4.6.6
Development Host Cygwin
RTEMS Target CPU Family m68k
Downloading Tool Source no
Downloading C++ Binaries yes
Downloading Ada Binaries no

It listed the following for the tools binaries:

BINUTILS Binary         No m68k Binaries Available for Cygwin -- 
/usr1/ftp/pub/rtems/cygwin/rtems-4.6/rtems-4.6-binutils-2.13.2.1-2/cygwin/
GCC/NEWLIB Binary       No m68k Binaries Available for Cygwin -- 
/usr1/ftp/pub/rtems/cygwin/rtems-4.6/rtems-4.6-gcc3.2.3newlib1.11.0-4/cygwin/
GDB Binary      No m68k Binaries Available for Cygwin -- 
/usr1/ftp/pub/rtems/cygwin/rtems-4.6/rtems-4.6-gdb-5.2-1/cygwin/

I believe that the correct URLs are:

I am afraid I don't how to go about fixing the download helper, but I 
thought I would pass along a report of the problem for someone who 
does.  Thanks.
