4.7 Branch Status

Hi,

I am investigating a few failures in the test suites
but so far the 4.7 branch looks pretty good.  I would
appreciate it if people would check out the 4.7 branch
and give reports on their BSP.

I am testing on the following platforms:

sparc/sis  
powerpc/psim
mips/jmr3904
i386/pc386   .. qemu

After testing on sis, I plan to test erc32, and the
leon BSPs on tsim.

Any other targets that people can test would be greatly
appreciated.  The more testing we can get on the tree,
the more quickly 4.7.0 can be cut.

So pitch in, test, report, and update the Wiki for your
BSP of choice with the status.
