Changes on CVS Head

Hi,

Just a note to let everyone know that the CVS head
has already begun to diverge functionally and API
wise with 4.7.  You should look at the 4.8 Ideas
page in the Wiki for details on the plans.  So far,

+ Blackfin port added
+ NIOS II port added
+ Stack Checker routines renamed
+ POSIX API Barriers Added
+ POSIX API SpinLocks Added
+ POSIX API RWLocks Added (may not be 100% complete)
+ Classic API Barriers Added
+ c_rtems_main merged into boot_card.

As mentioned in the 4.8 Ideas, the libmisc code is planned
to be renamed as needed for compliance with rtems_ naming
standards and documentation included in the Users Guide.
This will obviously break 100% API compatibility for this
part of the tree.

I remind everyone that support contracts and development
contracts focused on core improvements to RTEMS are
greatly appreciated and how things move forward quickly.
