Bug in termios

I see that my previous messages required an inference on the part of  
the reader.   When I said 'binary semaphore' I actually meant 'simple  
binary semaphore'.

Do things work when rawInBuf.Semaphore is made a *simple* binary  
semaphore?
Making it a 'binary semaphore' is surely not going to work.
