Move/Rename FAT file

Hi,

renaming files seems to be the topic of the week :-)

renaming should work fine on a RTEMS FAT filesystem. Can you provide
some more information:
- which RTEMS version do you use?
- are you sure there is no file with the "new" name already present?
(This might be a problem)
- Can you provide some sample code?
