does rtems support ACTEL cortex-m1

Thumb support has recently been merged into the CVS head.
AFAIK it is complete except for Thumb specific in_cksum
routines.  Those default to the C implementation.

I don't know what else the cortex-m1 would require but
a BSP for whatever specific peripherals seems very likely.
