RFC: Kill the gen405 BSP?

An initial cleanup is pretty straight forward and probably doable within
a couple of hours.

However, I am not sure about which opportunities for further cleaning
up/simplifying the powerpc BSPs removing old/new-exception processing
would/could open and how much effort would arise from this.
