Which patches should I use for binutils, gcc and newlib?

The name of the src.rpm is encoded into a binary rpm and can easily be
retrieved from inside.

rpm -qi <...>.i386.rpm

Also, they are available through yum and apt.

Activate (man yum.conf) the corresponding section
in /etc/yum.repos.d/rtems-<version>.repo

ftp://ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/linux/<rtems-version>/fedora/<fedora-version>/SRPMS

that is next to the i386 directory you find a binary rpm in.
