You can refer to the source ;) The pci support/interface is defined in:
	cpukit/include/rtems/pci.h


IIRC, only the powerpc and i386 BSPs have implementations of this
interface.

I'm only familiar with the routines for the i386:
	c/src/lib/libbsp/i386/shared/pci/pcibios.*
