Just #2.
As I recall, the only other C++ support code in
RTEMS is the init/fini code which I guess could be
disabled by this but is not disabled at the current time.
[FWIW the "Ada self" support is not disabled
by --disable-ada either. That just gets the Ada95 binding.]
Beyond that, it is up to the BSP linkcmds/bsp_specs
to do the right thing for the C++ sections.
