Building GNU Cross Compiler Toolset (v4.7.0)

   Hello,

   I noticed that the installation instructions have been updated for
the version 4.7.0. I was trying to build the GNU Cross Compiler Toolset
(chapter 4) The problem is that ftp.rtems.com does not contain the
diff-files listed the specs.
binutils-2.17-rtems4.7-20061021.diff
newlib-1.15.0-rtems4.7-20070110.diff
gcc-4.1.1-rtems4.7-20070101.diff 
 Does anyone know where the files are or are they needed at all?
