error inet.h library

Please provide more info. I just tried to compile a very simple stub:

#include <rtems.h>
#include <sys/socket.h>
#include <netinet/in.h>
#include <arpa/inet.h>

extern "C" char* inet_ntoa_wrap(struct in_addr x)
{
        return inet_ntoa(x);
}

but this compiles fine under 4.6.5 and 4.7 for me
