Porting RTEMS on TriMedia

The RTEMS source code relies on a few very specific constructs of the
GNU C Compiler, e.g. to avoid problems due to over-optimization. RTEMS
also is tightly bound to "newlib" as a C standard library. So there are
some areas to adapt when a different compiler is to be used with RTEMS.

Another issue is, that the RTEMS community works based on open source
compilers, so it would be very difficult to maintain code for a
processor that is not supported by GCC.
