MinGW Toolchain

Hello,

i'm changing from cywin to mingw. rtems wiki "MinGW Tools for Windows" says 
"install MinGW, MSYS and MSYS DTK". so far so good. mingw downloads at 
sourceforge list Automated MinGW Installer, MinGW Runtime, MinGW Utilities, 
  MSYS Base System, MSYS Supplementary Tools, MSYS System Builder. there 
are no simple modules MinGW, MSYS or MSYS DTK. what exactly is needed?
