Hi,

I just wanted to remind everyone that between teaching
a class and the Thanksgiving Holiday here in the States,
I was largely off-line for the past two weeks.  This
means I have answered very little email and merged
none of the patches in my inbox.  I didn't even log on
after last Tuesday. :)

So if you have sent me email, please don't think I am
being rude and ignoring you.  I will eventually catch
up but there is a lot in my inbox right now.
