problem when make the rtems test program

hi, all
I have build the rtems 4.6.99.2 version,for the target i386,when i make the test case
of test.c in hello_world_c folder,have problem as follow:

test.c 31:22: confdefs.h : no such file or dirtctory
but the confdefs.h is in my toolchain folder 
/opt/rtems/i386-rtems/pc486/lib/include/rtems/confdefs.h

what's the problem?
is there any problem duiring my build toolchain of rtems?
how to deal with, who can help me , thanks a lot!


my env is like this:
