Can the rtems use the shell to load the ELF executable file

Not currently. This is something that has been been identified as needed by 
RTEMS. There is the cexp shell that Till has which loads executables but this 
is only accessible from cexp prompt. Please take a look at cexp as it is a 
great piece of software. It would be nice if the loader features of cexp (less 
binutils) could be moved into RTEMS and used by the shell, cexp and applications.
