-qleon2 for pre-built sparc-rtems4.7-gcc?

The standard RTEMS tool-chain uses makefiles and shell variables
to set the include and lib paths. This is documented in the RTEMS
docs. The Gaisler version of the tool-chain uses a modified gcc
specs file to define the paths.
