RTEMS in Debian Linux

Hai
I am interested in working on RTEMS for Google summer of code.
I am working on Debian Linux and building some tny .deb files as a hobby. i
wish to build a Debian package for RTEMS.I am not exposed to RTEMS working
but having a good knowledge on Debian linux and its package & file systems.
Is their any interested mentors for me ?
