Using RTEMS kernel on arm based board - bare bsp

None is close to pxa255 from I/O aspect. however, csb336/7 is arm9tdmi based
and the arm core is close.
csb336 for example. console dir contain uart driver. You can change it
according to your CPU
refer to RTEMS document for more detail on BSP/porting_to_new_cpu.
