Target prefix on *.rel files leads to link step failure

Sorry for the HTML mail format (this one should be ok) and thanks for the
information.
In fact I added sparc-rtems4.8 to build rtems kernel because I wondered how
the automake/autoconf could add the 4.8 suffix to find the tools.
