missing header

I noticed this some time ago, but recent work has brought it to my  
attention again: my rtems-4.9 installation is missing the header,  
"tty_drv.h".

My configuration:

/Users/djc/RTEMS/rtems-4.9/configure --prefix=/opt/rtems -- 
target=i386-rtems --enable-cxx --enable-rdbg --enable-rtems-debug  
RTEMS_CFLAGS=-g --enable-networking --enable-posix --enable- 
rtemsbsp=pc386 USE_COM1_AS_CONSOLE=1

I've tried this with and without USE_COM1_AS_CONSOLE, and the result  
is the same.

Any ideas ?
