If someone can help verify that the latest Skyeye code runs
the RTEMS bfin BSPs correctly, I can then turn on running the
GCC C and C++ tests on this target.
I hadn't turned bfin tool testing on because the bfin skyeye
code still didn't run the BSP out of the box.
