build rtems-4.8 error

hi all:
      I met following errors when I built rtems-4.8.The commands I used
were:

       command:  ../rtems-4.6.6-1.0.0/configure --target=sparc-rtems
                          gmake RTEMS_BSP="arc810"
       errors:

      so,anyone can give some tips?
