The builds just finished, rpms have been pushed to the repos.
=> yum users should automatically receive this update with the next 
"yum update".

For those not using rpm/yum, the sources are available under
ftp://ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/SOURCES/4.8

The relevant newlib-patch is part of 
ftp://ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/SOURCES/4.8/newlib-1.15.0-rtems4.8-20080903.diff
