network-demos gone from 4.9.0?

Human error.  Missed in cutting the release.    It is there
now.

The class in Munich is next week.  There will likely be
a 4.9.1 some time after I get back.  There have been
a few minor nits reported and at least one person
has some BSP patches for 4.9.0.

If anyone else has had the opportunity to test a BSP
with 4.9.0 and had to address some problem, please
get the fix in so it will be in 4.9.1.
