Comments on GSoC Proposals

Hi,

If you are a student applying to GSoC, you are
probably not aware that you need to subscribe
to receive notifications when comments are
posted on your proposal.  I was surprised to
learn this.

I think every proposal has at least one comment
at this point.  If you have questions about
your proposal, ask away. 

But please check your proposal comments on the
web app.  Other than via random IRC interaction, I
am not sure anyone knows comments are there.
