pc386 BSP RAM Size Issue

Hi,

I solved this today and it did NOT impact 4.9
at all.  The code had some slight changes
that resulted in it accidentally favoring the
memory sizing probe results over the multiboot
information.  4.9 favored the multiboot information.

We were indeed detected and writing into memory
which existed but the BIOS was telling us to
stay away from.

I have committed a fix on the head.

Hard one to track down but solved now.
