ANN: Discontinuing Fedora 10 toolchains

Hi,

Due to Fedora having discontinued support for Fedora 10, I have 
discontinued support of the rtems toolchains for Fedora 10.

Fedora 10 users should feel encouraged to switch to an actively 
supported distribution.

Users, who are still accessing the former Fedora 10 rtems toolchain 
repositories, will be redirected to the CentOS5 repositories as "legacy".
