Waiting on message queues and semaphores.

Hi,

When using rtems_message_queue_receive and rtems_semaphore_obtain, the
calling task waits until the appropriate event happens and then processing
continues.
But, does the calling task actually 'wait' and allow lower priority tasks to
run, or does it just 'block' ?
