Putting bspstart in its own program section?

Do you ever wish you could cancel an email right after you sent it?   
Obviously I can't do what I was thinking since I can't write to the  
SRAM until I've configured it, I'd have to bootstrap a standalone  
initializer and then I could download to SRAM.  Never mind.
